A daily planner for the day you actually have
Plan the day. Timebox it. See where it went.
Calenlo turns a list of tasks into hours on a calendar, runs a timer against the one you are actually doing, and shows you at the end of the week where the time really went — not where you meant it to go. On the web and on your Android phone, kept in sync.
14 days, no card. Then $5 per month, billed annually.
What it does
Four things, and they feed each other
Planning without tracking is a wish list. Tracking without review is a log nobody reads. Calenlo closes the loop.
Channels
Name the parts of your life
Every task belongs to a channel you named — a client, a project, the admin you keep putting off. Channels are the only thing on screen that carries colour, so a glance at any list tells you what kind of day it is.
Timeboxing
Give each task an hour, not a hope
Drag a task onto the day, or tap an empty slot, and it becomes a block with a start and an end. Calenlo adds up what you have committed to and tells you when the plan no longer fits in your working hours.
Focus timer
One task at a time, timed
Start the timer on the task in front of you. It keeps running across reloads and across devices, and what it records becomes the tracked time you review later — measured, not remembered.
Weekly review
Find out where the week went
End each day with a short shutdown, and end the week with the numbers: planned against tracked, broken down by channel. It is usually not the answer you expected.
Google Calendar
Calenlo and your Google Calendar
Connecting your calendar is optional, and Calenlo works fully without it. If you do connect it, here is exactly what that permission covers.
- What we ask for
- A single scope,
calendar.events, used only on the primary calendar of the Google account you connect. - Why we ask for it
- So the meetings already in your calendar appear in your day, and you can move, resize or delete one, or turn it into a task, without leaving Calenlo. If you switch it on in Settings, the timeboxes you plan appear in your calendar too.
- What we never touch
- Your Gmail, contacts, and Drive files, and your other calendars. Calenlo neither reads nor writes any of them, and never sells or shares your calendar data.
- Turning it off
- Disconnect at any time in Settings, or revoke access from your Google Account. Your tasks and tracked time stay in Calenlo either way.
Calenlo's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
